What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, mobile number and/or email address, how you would like us to reply, and your trip details — for example destinations, dates, number of travellers and preferences, or the countries where you plan to drive. We also record the date of the request, the page it was sent from, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, which we use only to limit repeated automated submissions.
Please do not send passport, national ID, licence or payment card details through the website’s forms.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and send you the options you asked for.
- If you decide to go ahead, to arrange your booking. At that point the details needed are shared with the relevant airline, hotel or other provider.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in this website’s administration area, which only authorised Star Wings staff can access, and a copy is emailed to our team. If you give an email address, you receive an acknowledgement email with your enquiry reference. We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them to handle your request and to meet our legal obligations.
Cookies and similar technology
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you start an enquiry on the homepage, the details you typed are held in your browser’s temporary session storage so they can be carried to the full form; they are cleared when used or when you close the tab. Website staff who log in to edit the site receive login cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own website. Our map link opens Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.
